Payment, Cancellations & Refunds
Payment is due at time of purchase. You may pay using a credit card, debit card, or through PayPal.
REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We do not accept refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges on digital products once they have been downloaded.
CANCELLATIONS FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
If you need to cancel your order of a physical product for any reason, you have 24 hours from time of purchase to cancel.
Physical products go into production after 24 hours, and we are unable to process cancellations after this time. Please email The Simple Tarot at admin@thesimpletarot.com if there is a problem.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We take pride in the quality of our work and in our customer service. If you are not satisfied with your transaction, please contact The Simple Tarot immediately at admin@thesimpletarot.com.
Please read all product descriptions in depth. Refunds, minus shipping charges, are available within 3 days of receipt of returned merchandise in original condition.
REGARDING PURCHASES WITH COUPON CODES
Items bought with a coupon code are all final sale, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

FOR DIGITAL ITEMS
All digital items are available for immediate download after payment by clicking on the “Download” link you receive immediately by email.
HOW WE SHIP PHYSICAL ITEMS
US Orders: All orders ship via USPS First Class, USPS Media Mail, or USPS Priority Mail.
International Orders: Orders ship via USPS International First Class or International Priority Mail. You are responsible for all customs fees. International shipping is hella expensive, so we recommend you check out all of the PDF printable items to save yourself on the shipping expense or get together with friends to combine your orders. It may also be cheaper & faster to contact your local book store (or your local Amazon store) to see if they can order the items you desire. Please contact us before you order for an accurate shipping calculation. Please note that all international orders are subject to additional Customs fees and taxes, which is 100% your responsibility and will be charged by your country when the package arrives at the border.
All physical orders are packaged to order. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be created and shipped, unless delivery times are given in the product listing. Delivery times will vary.
Please do not hold The Simple Tarot responsible for lost packages, stolen items, or postal damage. We work very hard to make sure your order goes out in good condition & in a timely manner, but we are not in control once it leaves our hands. You are responsible for correctly submitting your shipping address.

The Simple Tarot will recommend a product using an affiliate link if:
- It’s something Angie Green uses and loves, or
- It’s something she hasn’t used yet, but would like to AND has been highly recommended by someone she trusts.
There are a lot of tarot books and resources out there that Angie hasn’t used yet and there are a lot of tarot decks she adores but doesn’t own. At The Simple Tarot, we will only link to these types of items if we feel they will truly help you on your personal tarot journey.
The Comment Policy
Treat others how you’d like to be treated. Remember to reserve judgment and assume that everyone is trying their best. In other words, be kind, helpful, and not overly self-promotional. If, for any reason, we believe that a comment does not add to the conversation, we may remove it at any time at our sole discretion. This policy covers comments on this website as well as all social media associated with The Simple Tarot.
Privacy Policy
The Simple Tarot only collects info from you that you voluntarily provide (through comments, form submissions, shop purchases, cookies, etc.) and we treat that info like gold. Your information will never be sold, and we only share it with trusted & secure third parties in the order of doing business (i.e. with ConvertKit to send you an email, or with Stripe to process your credit card securely, as just two examples).
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request an exported file of your personal data and you can request that data be erased.
