If you are not satisfied with your products for any reason please contact The Simple Tarot. We will gladly fix what ever issue you have or refund you for your purchase, according to the policies below.
All digital items are available for immediate download after payment by clicking on the “Download” link you receive immediately by email.
HOW WE SHIP PHYSICAL ITEMS
US Orders: All orders ship via USPS First Class, USPS Media Mail, or USPS Priority Mail.
International Orders: Orders ship via USPS International First Class or International Priority Mail. You are responsible for all customs fees. International shipping is hella expensive, so we recommend you check out all of the PDF printable items to save yourself on the shipping expense or get together with friends to combine your orders. It may also be cheaper & faster to contact your local book store (or your local Amazon store) to see if they can order the items you desire. Please contact us before you order for an accurate shipping calculation.
All physical orders are packaged to order. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be created and shipped, unless delivery times are given in the product listing. Delivery times will vary.
Please do not hold The Simple Tarot responsible for lost packages, stolen items, or postal damage. We work very hard to make sure your order goes out in good condition & in a timely manner, but we are not in control once it leaves our hands. You are responsible for correctly submitting your shipping address.
Payment, Cancellations & Returns
Payment is due at time of purchase. You may pay using a credit card, debit card, or through PayPal.
REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We do not accept refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges on digital products once they have been downloaded.
CANCELLATIONS FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
If you need to cancel your order of a physical product for any reason, you have 24 hours from time of purchase to cancel.
Physical products go into production after 24 hours, and we are unable to process cancellations after this time. Please email The Simple Tarot at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is a problem.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Please read all product descriptions in depth. Refunds, minus shipping charges, are available within 3 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
REGARDING PURCHASES WITH COUPON CODES
Items bought with a coupon code are all final sale, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
